This morning we had a special visitor come and see Raven's Eclipse Litter and Jynx's Grease Litter. Our puppies are socializing with children. This is a very important activity for the puppies. Puppies who are not exposed to children can become fearful of little children. Most dogs that bite, bite out of fear. So, having the puppies play with little children can help inoculate them against being fearful towards children later in life.

The breeder begins the socialization process by making sure the puppies have a wide variety of experiences, including opportunities to play with children. The future owner needs to continue the socialization process after the puppies go home at age 8 weeks. The first three months will of a puppies life is when socialization occurs and these first three months will permanently shape the puppy's life.
